This 6 to 8 week program that targets a dancer's specific goals such as higher extensions, bigger jumps, improved turnout, and better balance or releve. Specific measures are taken at the beginning, middle, and end to track progress. Sessions may be a blend of exercises and PT techniques depending on an individual's needs.
This program varies in length and is designed to help a dancer prepare for a specific role or variation. By providing specificity training based on the choreography that will be performed, the dancer is optimally equipped to perform at their best.
