Located on the corner of Cary Parkway and Old Apex Rd, our Cary office offers a full suite of Pilates equipment.

Our office is the very last suite on the right once you enter the office complex from Old Apex Rd. (If you have arrived to the parking lot through the back entrance, we will be the first office on your left.)

Durham
Temporary Location -
20 W Colony Place Durham, NC 27705
Our temporary Durham office is a cozy space. That said, we can accommodate most dancers' needs (as anyone who has lived/worked in a small NY studio has experienced!).

We are located on the bottom floor of the last building in the complex. Find us by driving around the building to the back parking lot and enter through the door at the top of the stairs/ramp. Our office is the first door on the left.
