Dancers
Whether you’re looking to rehab an injury, ensure readiness for the dance season, or push performance to new heights, our providers are able to meet the needs of student and recreational dancers from pre-adolescence through adulthood. Our holistic approach includes nutritional, biomechanical, physiological, and psychological components, allowing us to identify risks and address deficits before they lead to missed performances.

Going beyond typical physical therapy practice, we help injured dancers by analyzing movement patterns, muscle imbalances, and technique so they may return to dance stronger than they were before.

Learning how to fuel for the demands of long days in the studio and for performance is one of the most important things a dancer can do to get the most out of their bodies.

Performance/Targeted Training

These sessions are designed to help a dancer achieve specific goals related to performance, such as jumping higher, achieving higher extensions, or improved releves.
Pointe Preparation

We offer both pointe readiness assessments and a one-on-one or small group series of pointe preparation classes. Please email for more information.
Scoliosis Screens

Pre-teen and adolescent dancers have a higher risk of developing scoliosis, an abnormal sideways curvature of the spine. Our screens are designed for early and accurate detection to halt the progression of this disease.
