Mental Performance Coaching
Just as top athletes benefit from mental performance coaching dancers can find benefits enhancing performance, reaching goals, and developing mental skills such as motivation, focus, confidence, and resilience.

Mental performance coaching can be a valuable tool to help a dancer get the most out of their physical training, achieve their fullest performance potential. The focus of this coaching is future-oriented, action-based, and focuses on building strengths and strategies for success. Skills include, but are not limited to, mindfulness training, imagery and mental rehearsal practice, and strengthening attention span. ​

In working with a mental performance coach, dancers receive:

Motivational Support, accountability, and empowerment

Coaching is offered both as a workshop series and as ongoing meetings. Visits can be scheduled in-person or as virtual sessions.​ As a premium, performance optimizing service, mental performance coaching is not covered by insurance.
Ongoing session are designed to support a dancer for a longer period of time and are focused on larger or multiple goals.

Individual sessions are $65 per session or can be scheduled as part of our Elite Performance Prep Package.
Workshops are typically 4-5 sessions in which a dancer will meet one-on-one with the provider to work towards specific goals.
