Regular massage can be an important self-care and recovery tool that helps dancers perform at their best.

Sports Massage
Designed to prevent injury, improve performance, reduce soreness, and speed recovery from physical exertion for dancers and other active individuals, this type of massage is often deeper and more focused on certain areas of the body.
These sessions are focused on specific needs or "problem areas" and can be effective in a shorter amount of time and are often combined with stretching, strengthening, or neuromotor patterning exercises.

Relaxation Massage
This type of massage is designed to help reduce stress, calme the body, and create a sense of deep relaxation. With a more gentle and full-body focus, these sessions are typically 45 minutes, but can be scheduled as a longer session by talking with the therapist or texting our office.

Massage can be an excellent adjunct to physical therapy, cross training, and mental health services. Our providers coordinate between disciplines to work as part of a team and help dancers gain the most from their care.
