Pricing and Fees
Insurance
We are in-network with BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare, and Cigna for many services. You can submit your insurance information with the new client paperwork and we will be happy to verify what coverage is included in your plan and the cost for services. If you use insurance, the rates are set by your insurance provider and we are not able to alter those rates.
For clients with financial needs, we do offer financial assistance. Contact our office to request an application.
Self-Pay
We try to make specialty dance services as accessible as possible to as many dancers as possible. In most cities offering similar specialty services, rates average $150 for 45 minute visits. Dancers in need of financial assistance should contact our front desk.

Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation: $90
Physcial Therapy Follow-Up Visit: $80

Late Fees
A late-fee of 5% will be charged for unpaid invoices after 30 days and for each 30 day period in which the invoice remains unpaid.
