A classic compliment to dance class, Pilates focuses on core stability and lengthening muscles. Sessions are focused on equipment-based Pilates exercises, unless mat based exercises are requested. Sessions can be purchased individually or as part of a package.
This 6 to 8 week program that targets a dancer's specific goals such as higher extensions, bigger jumps, improved turnout, and better balance or releve. Specific measures are taken at the beginning, middle, and end to track progress. Sessions may be a blend of exercises and PT techniques depending on an individual's needs.
Personal training sessions are designed to improve a general fitness levels in order to improve overall abilities as a dancer. These sessions may incorporate elements of Pilates, PBT, strength, flexibility, plyometric, and cardio training. Sessions can be purchased individually or as part of a package.
